Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

The Hobby Space is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Hobby Space is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.

However, we want to help where we can. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can assist with the next steps, including helping you file a claim with the carrier if applicable.

Packaging

We take care to package items safely and securely. Because we sell a variety of items including video games, consoles, collectibles, shoes, movies, toys, and 3D printed items, packaging may vary depending on the item purchased.

Some items may ship in boxes, padded mailers, or protective packaging depending on the product type and condition.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on item size, weight, and packaging needs.

Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup may only be available if specifically offered at checkout or arranged directly with The Hobby Space.

International Shipping

At this time, The Hobby Space primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
